Our worship team’s goal is to lead God’s people into Jesus’ presence through the medium of songs and musical instruments.  We are also called to recognize, coach, and release those who are anointed into His calling.

Because we have created and written our own Christian Khmer songs and translated other international English Christian songs into our Khmer language, New Life Fellowship’s worship ministry has become the resource center for Christ-centered churches locally and internationally.

We take this ministry seriously but require funds to continue doing what we do, recording new songs and training Christian musicians.

Total Annual Cost $15,000 a year. 

New Life Fellowship Cambodia planted a NLF North Campus in 2009. Over the last fifteen years, we’ve been involved in a variety of ministries to open doors for the gospel in the Toul Sangke area, including our Community Center, which offers free English and Khmer classes as well as computer classes. Every day from Monday to Friday, around 200 students come to study. Many students have come to know Christ through these activities.

New Life Fellowship’s North Campus began in a tiny rental apartment with 50 members, but by God’s grace, we now have a large rental facility that can accommodate 300 people. North Campus currently has around 200 members who attend our two Sunday services every Sunday morning.

We have events and ministries similar to the main campus, such as New Generation Youth, Children’s Ministries, Dynamic Service, Worship, Discipleship, and Cell and Equipping Ministries with the same goals and objectives.

Anyone can serve with us. All are welcome! Dynamic Service Ministry is divided into 4 major teams:

1. Service Director: the one who oversees and coordinates the different teams for the whole service
2. Service Coordinators: usher guests to their seats in the church.
3. Welcoming Team: welcomes the church members and guests as they enter the building.
4. Interpretation Team: interprets/translates sermons from Khmer to English for non-native speakers.

Our purpose is to provide a seamless flow and path for the guest from outside the church to the inside and to create a welcoming atmosphere where the Holy Spirit can work without distraction so each person can fully engage in personal and corporate worship

At any one time, NLF PP ministers to 6,000 people per month and with its various ministries reaches out to an equivalent number of people. All of this requires people, time and financial resources. NLF is seeking partners who will co-labour with us in having a long-term, multi-generational impact on thousands of young people and families through our various ministries. You can join us by coming along with a short-term team, or stay longer with us bringing your specialist skills and working with us side-by-side. We are also constantly looking for technical & soft skills including financial modelling, project management, business, marketing, IT, training the trainer, monitoring and evaluation skills, to name but a few.

NLF members are taught the value of tithing and the blessings of sacrificial giving. However, bearing in mind the economic level of most of members, this is insufficient to cover the running costs of NLF. Our annual budget just for running the PP church, overheads and central support services is approx. $500,000. Your financial support towards the General Fund will therefore also be greatly appreciated

We desire to see every Christian walk in the purpose of God for their lives. The LG ministry helps people have a strong foundation in the Word of God so that they can build solid, Christian lives fulfilling the calling of God. In addition, they will also be well-prepared when trials or tribulations come. After students finish their second class, The Life of a Disciple, they will be allowed to be water baptized. We invite pastors, leaders, family members, and friends to participate in this event. It is a witness that they have given up their old life, and have accepted the new life that the Lord has given them.

Our desire is to bring couples and families into an intimate relationship with God and their spouses in order to have a healthy, committed long-lasting Christ-centered marriage so that they can be a positive influence on other families in the community. Our objectives:

• – To build marriages founded on Biblical principles
• – To be godly role models by showing through experience how to be a healthy family
• – To encourage and help other families have strong relationships.

The ministry involves pre-marital counseling, workshops, and conferences on family-building relationships and family retreats.

Our goal is to help women have a closer personal relationship with God that will have a positive impact on every area of their lives.

Our objective:

–  To affirm that all women are God’s beloved

– To elevate women as persons with a potential worth

–  To encourage them to use their talents and spiritual gifts in the home, local church, and community

We plan small group gatherings, women’s retreats, training seminars, and outdoor events.

Our goal is to help men have a closer personal relationship with God that will have a positive impact on their families, the workplace, and the community.

Our objectives:

• To inspire men to become Christ-like in character
• To help equip, train, and empower men based on biblical principles
• To provide opportunities where men can safely share their lives
• To unlock the hidden treasure within such as skills and abilities through coaching and mentoring
• To encourage integrity within relationship-building

We provide fun, vibrant relationship-connecting events such as men’s camps, men’s gatherings, and sporting events (push-up challenges, bike riding…)

Total Annual Cost 12K a year.

Worship is one of the ways that people can come close to God. We thank God that we have a great worship team in the Capital city. However, we want to bring over a worship training, and necessary resources such as musical instruments to many other youth leaders who are involved in worship ministry out in the provincial churches.

We have noticed that several worship youth leaders still need to learn how they can enhance the worship environment in their church service so that their church members can be touched through the spirit of worship. Some equipment is old and less functional.

Most of our project costs will be for conducting worship leader training, purchasing musical equipment, and the transportation to go to the different places. In addition to this, we also planned to meet worship leaders regularly so that we can train them on how they can disciple other potential youth in their churches and their communities.

The total annual cost of the project is $ 10,000.00 USD/ year

Crusades are a type of outreach in which we bring great New Life Fellowship evangelists and volunteers to conduct evangelistic events at different villages outside of the capital city, Phnom Penh.   Crusades allow us to share the gospel with thousands of non-believing Cambodians in multiple locations across the country.

We are committed to bringing needed resources and training to empower provincial children ministers so that they can be more creatively effective with their ministries in their own communities.
Due to the increasing number of children in provincial churches in general, and their opening hearts to the gospel of Jesus, we wanted to take this great opportunity to help children ministers to be well equipped and design fun programs to reach out to children for the Kingdom of God.
According to the research telling us that there are 85% of children accept salvation from age 4-14 years. So, we see that children are easy to respond to the salvation message more than other age ranges. Right now, we have about four thousand children in the provincial children’s ministry of New Life Fellowship. Many of them are saved, made disciples, and trained up to be leaders. We see that God is opening a big door for children’s ministry in Cambodia. The field of children is a big harvest.
So far, we have 15 provinces in Cambodia the New Life Fellowship of Churches family exists. We wanted to conduct regular training for children teachers and some camping for children teachers.
In 2023, we wanted to conduct training to raise up our Children Teachers Core Team and also train and equip all children teachers we have in Cambodia.
Total Annual cost of the project is $ 10,000.00 USD/ a year

Most village churches will be limited in the number of people they reach and the ministries they provide.  Most village churches’ vision is limited to their location and is limited by the leadership level of their pastor.  A City Church is larger by its nature and has the potential to have more influence.  The strategy for the City Churches is to be a “hub” and resource for the village churches in its area.

School of Leaders is a monthly Bible training school for provincial and village pastors and leaders.
We gather together once a month to learn, discuss and apply a chosen subject. The subjects that we teach are in three different categories: Bible, Practical Christian Living and Leadership Skills. The format that we use is a combination of teaching, discussion and application.
The goal of the School of Leaders is to help each leader to grow in their understanding of God and His ways and to give them the tools they need to lead their churches.  A secondary goal is to establish a ‘community’ of leaders. Our desire is that each of these leaders will have strong relationships with the other leaders and they can be a source of help and strength to each other.

School of Church Planters will help every pastor and leader to develop their capacity in managing the church to reach their top potential and also to increase the pastor and leader of their living standard by increasing their daily income. The project is going to provide them the training about church leadership, good relationship with God, and Church and family management. We are not just providing them the training; but we also provide them some financial resources to start or improve their business, too. Our schools are conducted every two months as part of a 2-year program.
Project Goal:
1. To provide pastors and leaders with the capacity to lead and manage the church to grow.
2. To provide them with the experience of church organizing.
3. To provide them with life skills knowledge and experience to start up the family business and to get an experience for the future need of the church
4. To provide them with some financial resources to improve or start a small business for pastors’ or leaders’ families.
The project is going to accomplish three things:
First – Providing knowledge through training
Second – Providing financial support for small businesses.
Third – Evaluating and counseling along the processing work to grow.

Clean Water is a project under New Life Foundation. Our vision and mission is to improve the living conditions and well-being of villagers.  By providing water wells, water filters, and clean and hygiene training, and empowering local churches to introduce the Gospel because of the donated well, we hope to see small group gatherings started in each community where we work.

Our goal is to provide safe water wells for 10 villages, which would include 50 water filters (5 for each village), and 10 clean and hygiene training sessions. This project needs a budget of USD $2,350 per village.

Tomorrow’s Generation project exists to bring hope and a bright future to young people by breaking the poverty cycle through education and Jesus.  We provide sponsorships for needy village students to pursue university in the city.  In addition, we provide opportunities to gain knowledge and valuable work experience through internships and volunteer opportunities with New Life Foundation, New Life Fellowship, and New Life School.

Children at Risk (C@R) is the New Life Foundation’s sponsorship program bringing hope and a bright future to impoverished children and families throughout Cambodia.  The C@R program provides needed school supplies for the children, and basic food for the family.

” The vision is to help children to have a better life by providing additional/complementary education (which encourages them to stay at school) and to raise up future leaders for Cambodia.”

The goals of the project are to –

• Help children be healthy in body, soul, and spirit.
• Help children have a strong foundation in education.
• Help children have a brighter vision and positive view of their future.
• Help children encounter God and be exposed to the Gospel in a real way.

We would be sharing the salvation message at appropriate times and in relevant ways throughout the program

Our vision is to assist with medical problems that are beyond the capacity of the medical facilities in their local communities.  We also aim to provide basic healthcare services and basic health education to rural village communities.

” To provide a safe environment and leadership development for approximately 30 young people per Student Dormitory/Next Step House.”

• Young people that have just moved from the rural areas of Cambodia into Phnom Penh.
• Young people live in orphanages and are now over the age limit for living in an orphanage.
• Young people that have been rescued and rehabilitated from abusive situations or trafficking situations are ready to be reintegrated back into normal society.

Student Dormitories have been a critical project of New Life Foundation, which is a hand-in-hand partner to the New Life Fellowship, which not only provides housing for young people in separate men’s and women’s New Life Dormitories but also the keys to life skills training, spiritual development and leadership development of the young people –providing a solid and essential foundation for the rest of their adult lives and their walk in the Lord.
